Audience is distribution. An operating system is the thing being distributed.
For a proven operator, the starting question is not “how many followers do I have?” It is “which decisions have I made repeatedly, under pressure, that another serious operator would pay to understand?”
Content makes those decisions visible. It does not manufacture the underlying authority.
